These terms cover how you use shallfew.garden and the services Shallfew Septic offers through it. You accept them when you use the site, use the phone number on it, or send a form. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Shallfew Septic Does

Shallfew Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do no plumbing work of any kind. We are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, work, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or money advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change with each job. They are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. When it fits, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give true information when you contact us. Use the site for lawful reasons only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach out about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. You can ask us to stop at any time. Just email contact@shallfew.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The words and design on this site belong to Shallfew Septic or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the limit here. Within that limit, Shallfew Septic is not liable for loss or harm that comes from your use of this site. That also covers any provider's services and any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is." We give no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms
